Angel G. Afsar is a Holistic Creative Therapist, Creative Arts Facilitator and founder of Sky Awareness, a non-clinical holistic creative arts and wellbeing practice based in Richmond, London.

With a professional background in Interior Architecture and a Master’s degree, Angel brings more than a decade of experience in creativity, design and visual expression into her holistic creative practice. Her approach brings together creative exploration, self-expression and reflective processes to support emotional wellbeing, connection and greater self-awareness.

She works with children and adults using a range of arts-based and creative approaches, which may include art-making, play, sand-based creative work, movement, music, creative writing and imagery. There is no expectation to be “good at art”; the focus is on the creative process itself and what may be noticed, expressed and explored through it.

Angel has a particular interest in working with children experiencing periods of change, transition and adaptation, creating supportive spaces where they can express themselves creatively and develop connection and confidence. She also creates reflective and creative spaces for women who would like to reconnect with themselves, explore their experiences and make space for greater self-awareness.

Her professional development includes training in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapies (HICAT), autism understanding, play-based approaches, image analysis and meditation, alongside continued learning in holistic creative practice.

Individual sessions and creative workshops are available in English and Turkish, both in person in Richmond, London and online.

At the heart of Angel’s work is a simple philosophy: creativity does not need to produce a perfect outcome. It can provide a meaningful space to pause, express, explore and reconnect.
