I have studied by way of courses, hands on, and people watching for over thirty years and have learnt first and foremost that we are all so different! Therefore, the therapy method I use for one person may have to be modified to suit another person. That’s how therapy should be – tailored to suit the individual human being.

We live in a time where technology makes it possible to get therapy even if you live in remote areas. I offer services by way of phone, zoom, and in house, depending on what suits you.

When you contact me I will send you a questionnaire to fill out so that I can put together a suitable therapy and timetable for you. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with the therapy.

There are no right or wrong answers, all you need is to be truthful with yourself, and have an open heart.
