I’ve been practicing yoga for over 40 years. I grew up in a small country town where there were no yoga instructors, or at least not where I came from. I devoured books and journals from the library and started my yoga journey while I was still in High School. I’m not sure if my friends asked me or I invited them but I was soon teaching yoga and later at Nursing School and as a Flight Attendant to colleagues on overnights. Many years and many hours have been spent on the mat as a student and devotee of yoga. I celebrate, uniqueness, acceptance, kindness and yoga for every body. I’m far from perfect and that’s the way I like it. Simple yoga and meditation for health and happiness.
