I am a survivor of… well, life. Adopted, i have a slight physical disability, my parents divorced when I was young and I was abused by my stepfather, survived a domestic violence marriage (13 years) with drug addict and alcoholic.

I am a mother (5 children – his and hers), wife (been happily married for 14 years, author, biker and healing guide.

I am a founding member and director of Optimystic Bikers against Abuse which has been running since 2011.

I have dedicated my life to assisting others who are survivors so that no one should walk alone (as I had to for many years).

My only goal is to help you find your best you, and to do that to help you through this crisis first so you can begin to heal.
