“You cannot think your way out of trauma, that’s not the way it works”
Categories: Therapist

Allow me to introduce myself as Crystl McCall, a natural healer on a transformative journey. For the past 19 years, I have dedicated my life to being a caregiver for my special needs son. Alongside this, I have embarked on various entrepreneurial ventures, including owning my own cafe and facilitating the establishment of other businesses for passionate entrepreneurs. Immersed in the restaurant industry for half of my life, I have gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of this field.

However, my path has not been without its share of challenges. Having encountered numerous traumas from an early age, being the daughter of a cop, dispatcher, and wife of a medic and firefighter, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact trauma can have on one’s life. I have triumphed over addiction, depression, and abusive relationships, and through these experiences, I have come to understand the importance of processing and managing life events in a positive, healthy manner. This not only brings stability to my own life but also radiates stability to those around me.

My journey as a natural healer began with my certification in Reiki, which propelled me to master the art of subtle energy therapy. From there, I delved into the realm of hypnosis, obtaining certifications specifically for trauma regression and quantum hypnosis healing. I further expanded my expertise by becoming certified in clinical, pain, and behavioral hypnosis. Recognizing the profound impact of coaching, I pursued additional training to become certified as a Life, Spiritual, and Trauma Coach. Understanding that trauma can reside in the body, I also sought a chair yoga teaching certification, acknowledging the significance of releasing trauma from the physical vessel.

Currently, I am passionately working towards my certification in Trauma Reduction for Service Workers, with a particular focus on supporting medics, police officers, and caregivers who bear the weight of trauma in their noble professions.

My personal life is filled with joy and love as I am a devoted mother to five beautiful children and a proud grandmother to one. Celebrating two decades of marriage, I have come to appreciate the importance of nurturing relationships and fostering a stable and supportive environment for my loved ones.

Throughout my own healing journey spanning seven years, I have embraced natural healing modalities such as EMDR, hypnosis, CBT, talk therapy, and Reiki. These powerful tools have been instrumental in my quest for emotional and physical well-being. I am delighted to share that I have been living a sober life for four years, having overcome alcohol addiction, and have remained free from synthetic drugs for twelve years.

As a natural healer, my mission is to empower individuals to heal from their traumas, discover inner peace, and cultivate positive and healthy lives. Drawing upon my extensive certifications and personal experiences, I am honored to guide others on their transformative journeys, offering them support and tools to navigate their own paths to wellness and wholeness.

A Reiki Master Energy Practitioner is a trained professional who specializes in the practice of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique. They have attained the highest level of Reiki training and are skilled in channeling and transferring universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. As a Reiki Master Energy Practitioner, they use their hands to gently touch or hover over specific areas of the body, allowing the energy to flow and rebalance the body's energy centers, known as chakras. This process helps to release blockages, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. In addition to hands-on healing, a Reiki Master Energy Practitioner may also provide guidance and support to clients, helping them to understand and address the underlying causes of their physical or emotional imbalances. As a Hypnosis Practitioner specializing in trauma, clinical, Atip, and regression hypnosis, my primary goal is to help individuals heal and overcome psychological challenges through the power of hypnosis. When it comes to trauma, I have extensive training and experience in guiding clients through the process of addressing and resolving traumatic memories and emotions. By creating a safe and relaxed environment, I help clients access their subconscious mind and work through the effects of trauma, reducing anxiety and promoting emotional well-being. In my practice, I also utilize clinical hypnosis to address a wide range of clinical conditions such as anxiety, phobias, addiction, and pain management. Through collaboration with my clients, I develop personalized hypnosis sessions that target specific goals and promote positive change. One of my areas of expertise is Atip (Advanced Therapeutic Imagery and Parts) hypnosis. This approach allows clients to explore and understand different aspects of themselves, resolving inner conflicts and promoting integration and wholeness. By working with various parts of the psyche, I help clients achieve personal growth and self-empowerment. Additionally, I specialize in regression hypnosis, which involves guiding clients to access memories from past experiences or even past lives. This technique can provide valuable insights, release emotional blockages, and facilitate healing and personal transformation. As a Hypnosis Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome emotional challenges, heal from trauma, and achieve personal growth and well-being. Through the power of hypnosis, I aim to empower my clients to take control of their lives and thrive.
As a Chair Yoga Practitioner, my role is to guide individuals through a gentle and accessible form of yoga that can be done while seated on a chair or using the chair for support. I specialize in making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities, including those with limited mobility or physical challenges. I provide modifications and variations of the poses to accommodate different levels of flexibility, strength, and mobility. I also take into consideration any physical limitations or injuries that participants may have, ensuring a practice that is safe and beneficial for everyone. In addition to the physical benefits of chair yoga, such as improved flexibility, strength, and balance, I also focus on the mental and emotional aspects of the practice. I incorporate mindfulness techniques and guided meditation to help participants cultivate a sense of calm, relaxation, and inner peace.
