I am Faigy

My disability is invisible. I am visible.

I have ADHD.

I have Dyscalculia, (the numbers form of Dyslexia.)

I have suffered  with severe Anxiety all my life.

I am a creative, disorganised mum with 5 ADHD children.

You could say that I am deep and a little quirky. I do not fit “into the box.”

Throughout my life I have had my fair share of ADHD struggles, plus more…

I have searched long and hard for the ADHD tools to unlock my ADHD and to guide myself, and my ADHD children to unlock their ADHD. Searching for those answers has been one of the most difficult tasks of my life. I have found those answers.

I possess an arsenal of ADHD knowledge and tools that you won’t find anywhere else.

I have a duty and a mission to empower ADHD mums worldwide with the truth about ADHD. Every single day, I bravely push through my innate fear of not being good enough, and my inner fear and shame which goes hand in hand with my ADHD, to guide ADHD and Creative Neurodivergent Mums how they can banish their overwhelming guilt and shame and start to live their light.

Fear is my best friend… Shame follows closely behind. The fear of not being good enough is part of the fabric of my being; it is what makes me ADHD.

Like a true warrior, I never ever let fear and my inner demons stop me from doing what I need to do in life.

My life motto is, “The only way out is through.” When I need to move forward there is no such thing as I can’t or I am too scared or not now, later when the situation improves…

Some people call me “Fearless Faigy.” Sometimes call myself “Foolish Faigy.” Still, its far better to move forward, and make mistakes, plenty of them, than to stay inside my Self-Made cage of FEAR!

For this reason, I believe that I have made far more mistakes than the average woman out there. This is because I have “done” more in my life. Mistakes are a sign that I have moved forward.

My  teaching style is clear, focused and to the point. And I like to think, a little quirky as well.

I break down the complex ADHD knowledge and tools into bite size portions, that are just enough for you to absorb.
