With deep compassion and lived understanding, Fiona creates nurturing spaces where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Through soulful wellness workshops she gently weaves together creative expression, meditation, colour healing, crystal therapy, chakra balancing and intuitive journaling.
Her work is grounded in the belief that midlife is a sacred turning point — not something to endure, but a time to soften, awaken and rediscover inner wisdom. Fiona guides women back to their creativity, calm and confidence, helping them feel balanced, supported and deeply seen.
She believes healing happens when women feel safe, inspired and empowered to honour their changing bodies and evolving spirit.
