Therapies by Gi (TBG)

An integrative Counselling/Psychotherapy service delivered online (Skype or Zoom) and by telephone (mobile or landline).

Specialism: Young People aged 18 to 25. I work with adults and couples also. (I am often asked: My age is 45).

The development of self-knowledge is encouraged as being fundamental to the healing process which I encourage within the therapeutic relationship. I am mindful of the benefits of early intervention for young people in particular to process and manage early onset emotional issues. For this reason fees are reasonable to encourage young people and adults who prefer private therapy in the convenience of their own homes, on a short or long term basis at reasonable cost.

The initial 30 minutes consultation is free to enable us both to decide to work in partnership towards your goals. If you feel it is time to explore, process, accept, manage or heal from past or current difficulties, or you need a ‘sounding board’ for a two or three sessions only, make the decision to care for and about you.

Have a look at my availability then email or text for a free consultation in the first instance and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am DBS checked and fully insured to work with clients of all ages.
