I am a registered clinical counsellor who has been providing support to individuals, couples, families and children for over 40 years. My main area of interest is early, complex and developmental trauma and how that impacts relationships with ourselves and others through the lifespan. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Somatic therapy, and expressive therapies. I work both online and in person. I look forward to helping you discover and heal the wounds that cause impulsive, defensive or reactive behaviours and negative thoughts, freeing you to have the life you choose and the close relationships you have longed for.
