• I offer a range of Complementary and Holistic therapies, from Aromatherapy, Reflexology  and Reiki to facials, light massage and Accupressure. I also offer therapies that involve feather light touch e.g Angel Light therapy and Lymphatic Drainage massage and Pregnancy Massage which is subject to receipt of a letter of approval from the midwife. I also provide some talking therapies e.g. Hypnotherapy and (CBT), and Mindfulness  which is a combination of a talking therapy and meditation.

All therapies follow an initial consultation to check for any contra-indications. At this time I work remotely with Hypnotherapy, CBT, Reiki and Mindfulness using Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. To make an appointment ring 07974786159.
