I am Leigh William, a private Psychologist and Integrative Therapist MSc, Certified Yachtmaster ASA, Ocean Therapist IPHM, and Certified Retreat Facilitator IAOTH. I support women and their families around the world through online and in person individual and group sessions. I also facilitate seasonal retreat experiences and am the creator and founder of WAVE, a water based healing modality designed to reset the nervous system and support mood and emotional well being.

I am also the founder of the nonprofit organization PALs, a humanitarian initiative that supports women and children facing extreme distress. This work focuses on helping them reach safety, experience healing and strength through community, and rebuild their lives with dignity and care.
