Hi, I’m Natalie, I help people explore life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion, through a tailored holistic lens, involving both the body and mind.

I’m UK based, a BACP-registered Therapeutic Counsellor (BSc Hons) and student Neuroscientist, with a rich background in supporting adults and young people through one-to-one and group work across charity, public and private sector roles.

I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, which is why I prioritise creating a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space. Together, we can explore the challenges you face, whether they’re related to self-criticism and judgement, indecision, impulsivity, a lack of fulfilment, people pleasing or other stress-related issues. To make the process as comfortable as possible, I offer a free and informal introductory session, with remote video appointments available.

My work recognises the profound connection between body, mind and environment. Oftentimes, when we try to think our way out of problems, we get stuck in overanalysing. Instead, I help people tune into the wisdom of their bodies and uncover repressed emotions, beliefs, and wounds. By working with the nervous system, we can gently reveal and shift what’s really holding you back.

I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their true selves in a way that nurtures individual potential and meaningful connection.
