Naturally Nicki

Having a had a neurological disease diagnosed  18 years ago I have found myself more and more incapacitated with it, having it finally confining me to bed in 2016. I have in that time controlled and lost weight in the last 12 months I have lost 5 stone 8lbs. In total its almost 10 stone. I am looking forward to teaching others that despite your limitations, you can indeed achieve anything. Having 4 adult children I now have the time to work on my self development and impart with others my knowledge, so they too can live out their goals and fantasies. A MASSIVE pet lover my experience covers a vast range of topics. All of which I want to share with others.
