Hi there! My name is Puja: I’m both a Medical Doctor and a Life Coach specialising in Happiness & Self-Love. I have a passion for helping people – particularly for helping people to realise their inner happiness and self-worth. This passion of mine has always been present, but I became even more interested in this area after experiencing my own difficulties in my personal and professional life. Dealing with such adversities resulted in me undertaking various courses to improve my own emotional wellbeing, including Strategic Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Meditation, EFT and TFT, and doing so gave me a new lease of life.
