Counselling is…
Offering a whole-hearted, understanding methodology, with an emphasis on genuineness and tolerance, creating a safe space to talk. Being able to share your anguish with another can help lift its weight, and let you take a fresh look at your problems.

As a Counsellor, I believe all individuals are born with the skill to lead full and worthwhile lives. Sometimes, we can get stuck, becoming uncertain how to get going again. I see my role as offering a safe place to discover, understand, and develop ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Counselling is a healing exchange, which listens in a rounded way, and nurtures ways of living a richer life, more in touch with both ourselves and the relationships important to us.

I work with a wide range of concerns, and have a specialist interest and experience in the following areas;
anxiety
depression
bereavement and loss
trauma
self-harm
abuse
low self-esteem
