My education and professional experiences have given me a lot of exposure not only to better understand myself but also be better equipped to apprehend how we as humans relate to each other as well as ourselves. I offer my services to equip individuals work through their everyday stressors, whether it be interpersonal or intrapersonal, helping them to find their ‘own good working solutions’ that would help them deal and cope, to be the better versions of themselves.

Just like every individual is different in their age, gender, experiences, and other aspects, so are their problems. I always aim for the therapy sessions to be tailored for individuals, because I believe that even when people come with similar issues, not only these persons, but the scenarios where their issues might have arised and the environment that they persist in may completely differ.

I also work around my style of therapy, choosing from rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or play therapy, so as to build a strong alliance and a comfortable space for clients to openly share and work together in a mutually respectable and responsible manner.
