Trauma, C-PTSD, ASD & ADHD specialistI initially trained 1993-6 in Analysis, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Counselling. I then completed advanced accreditation in Clinical Psychotherapy (psycho-analysis, CBT, counselling, Clinical Hypnosis). Since then I have completed a further 2 Bachelor Degrees and a MSc Psychology. I am a qualified Naturopath, Chi Gung & Martial Art instructor, Meditation and Mindfulness practitioner and I have post graduate accreditation in CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, nutrition for mental health, EMDR for psychotherapists, somatic therapy.
I have clinical specialty certification (post graduate, post qualification) in C-PTSD, Anxiety, Depression & Mood Disorders, Anger management, Advanced Grief Therapy, ASD therapy, ADHD Therapy (neurodiversity is supported and not treated as a disease).
I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, Fellow of the International Society Psychotherapists & Counsellors, Senior Fellow Accredited Counsellors Coaches Hypnotherapists Psychotherapists, Fellow of the National Association of Counsellors Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists.
I am registered on the CNHC PSA AR under hypnotherapy, and the UKSBA PSA AR under behavioural analysis. (PSA AR: Professional Standards Authority Accredited Registers are an official regulation system in the UK).
