Im a Holistic Herbalist, a Spiritual Coach, and Reiki Master also. I’ve always been a lover of herbs from a young age. My grandmother Mary Ann use to cook for us. She used just about everything from her garden.  As i got older and started my own family.  I learned more on herbal,  its medicinal properties that nature provides us. So i began diving in, learning the i had a gift of healing.  So i became a Reiki Master,  after that holistic and spiritual  coach. I call it Mind, Body and Soul.  You have to learn to be complete..

I began my journey through Reiki, a technique based on the principles that the practitioner aids in the natural healing processes of the client’s body and helps to restore physical and emotional well-being. In achieving my certification as a Usui Shinpiden Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher in January 2017,  through this practice, that I started on the path to understanding energy more in depth. Everything around us is energy… our thoughts, our actions, our hearts… everything is a connection of energy that vibrates at different levels and this discovery opened up a need to know more.
