Tina is a Therapist located in Victoria B.C. Canada. She believes that her best knowledge comes from real time experience and observation of her patients, and through her ongoing research.

She offers a varied choice of therapies to ensure the client is comfortable and getting the most out of each of their sessions. The options are Talk Therapy in person or online, as well as “walk & talk” / Nature Therapy, Hypnotherapy, & Life Coaching.

A niche that’s hard to find with Therapists, it’s generally a therapist or a life coach, but with Tina, you get both, creating a very competent and beneficial use of your time and growth.

Tina has researched, studied, and practiced Globally. She has been involved with Natural Healing modalities since 2010, including food as medicine (Organic Nutrition). She understands no one person is the same, and positive changes are the result when we tap into, and become comfortable with our own unique qualities, we become empowered when we realize we can be the catalyst of our own positive change.

2021 – Tina is currently working as a Therapist, Hypnotherapist, & Life Coach, as well as continuing her studies online. Presently studying through Harvard in the Fundamentals of Neuroscience, & UC Berkeley in the Science of Happiness.
